A Practical Live Course on Leash Walking - Starts April 8
Some dog trainers recommend turning your walks into a military march or a constant treat-fest to ‘fix’ pulling. I don’t know about you, but I have dogs to enjoy them and enjoy our time together. How, specifically, can we train for calm, fun walks?
In this live course (also recorded for you to watch later), I will work remotely with demo dogs on their leash pulling problems. I’ll be coaching the clients to teach the dog not to pull, but also coaching on the human how to make walks easier with changing what they do on their end of the leash.
To make sure we’re all on the same page, I’m giving you a bonus: in the first two sessions, we’ll be reviewing two pre-recorded webinars together: Walk With Me and Effort-Less Dog Walking. I’ll take live questions on those presentations and the recordings will be available in your course player. In the four coaching sessions that follow, I’ll work with demo clients on how to use the skills I taught in the webinar. And you’ll get to see the whole thing!
I know your life is busy, and this class is scheduled to be spacious. We meet up in monthly live sessions online. Then you have plenty of time to practice before the next one. I’ll post some updates on the demo dogs between sessions to help keep you motivated. You can ask questions in the live sessions or in the school Facebook group (or in the Diamonds’ Facebook group if you’re a Diamond member).
Live on 2nd Thursdays for 6 months: April 8, May 13, June 10, July 8, August 12, and September 9 at 10 am Pacific. Webinars are 2 hours and coaching sessions are approximately 1.5 hours. All of it will be recorded, so you won’t miss out.
NOTE: If you have already enrolled in this course or are a Diamond member of my online school, please visit the school and look in your Dashboard for access. You also should have an email with a link. Thanks!
