Yes! Your confirmation email will contain a tracking link.
This email is sent quite quickly after your purchase has been conifrmed, but if you don't see it, please check your spam/junk folders.

Once payment for your order is confirmed, my team begins the packing and shipping process, which makes it nearly impossible for us to cancel or make changes to your order.
But I get it, I make mistakes too!
The best thing to do is return the item by following the steps in our Refund Policy.If you notice the issue right after placing your order, we are sometimes able to stop the process, so you can try to do that by replying to your confirmation email. But please be kind to my staff if someone on my team has been so efficient with shipping that it's already en route to you.

Yes, on some products.
At the moment, you can place Wholesale Orders for my books directly on this store by visiting the Wholesale Collection. The Ahimsa Dog Training manual is available in English or Spanish. The BAT book is available wholesale on my site to the public in Spanish only. CBATIs can also order English copies of the BAT book wholesale. Non-CBATIs can order the BAT book wholesale through the publisher, Dogwise.
Wholesale orders for leashes and other products are processed through the office. Contact us for more information.

*The BAT DVD Series (set of 6 physical discs), and Wholesale Book orders are shipped free worldwide but your country's customs and taxes are not included at the checkout so please be aware that there may be additional fees to pay.*Free Shipping does not include KLIMB Training Platforms, or the Canine Gym in a Box.

We ship your products as soon as possible using the US Postal Service.
We love the planet and use packaging that is either recycled post-consumer waste or truly re-used packaging. So your package may arrive looking a little less-than-professional, but it's good for the planet to re-use. :)
Some products will come directly from the manufacturers, and their delivery methods may vary.

Books, DVDs, and my music CDs are usually shipped from our office within a few business days of the receipt of the order.
Leashes can take longer, because they are made individually in the USA. The 15-foot BAT long lines from Mendota usually go out right away (except unusual colors), but Symmetry lines are custom made for each order, so those take 1-2 weeks before shipping.
Other product shipment times vary, but usually no more than 1 week.
When the items are shipped, you'll get a tracking number, so you and your dogs can go online to see when your goodies will arrive! -
Yes we do, but unfortunately, we have no control over Customs and Import charges as these vary from country to country.
Our store abides by the Delivered at Place DAP - Incoterms® 2020 Rules, which mean that these fees, as well as any sales tax (if applicable), would be charged to you by your country upon arrival.
We advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. -
