I'm super sorry if your order didn't meet your expectations.

My small-but-mighty team and I are here to put things right. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  But please continue to read this document as there are some exceptions. 

We need to be able to resell items that are returned. Please only return an item if it's still new -- in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Defective items are the exception to this rule. I don't want you to have to keep something if it was somehow broken before you got it!

To start a return, you can contact us at store@grishastewart.com and let us know in as much detail as possible why you wish to return your item. Please note that "my dog chewed it" is not a reason for return. 

In some cases, a $7 restocking fee may apply. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any product return question at store@grishastewart.com. Please know that it's a real human you're talking to by email. My team is family and I care about their wellbeing. I truly appreciate you being kind to them (and to me).  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us with any issues involving damages, missing items, or for items sent in error. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital products, gift cards or treats.

Custom made items like Symmetry Lines cannot be returned unless they are faulty or if we sent you the wrong size or color by mistake. 

Exception is if you JUST made the purchase by mistake and haven't accessed the course yet or we haven't fully processed the order.  Please get in touch as soon as possibly if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the item you have for a refund, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that depending on your bank, it may take 3-4 working days for refunds to clear in your account. 

Office Hours

My store is run by members of my team based around the world, so chances are, someone is online when you are.  However, I care about their mental health and want to make sure they have a life (offline). Please allow a 24 hour response time to all emails sent Monday to Friday, and 72 hours for emails sent on the weekends and Holidays.
